I consider Gabriel's vocal style as that of a modern day pop crooner. Famous in South Africa, he's well known for his stage presence and stage productions . His work is very reminiscent of Australian band "Savage Garden". Going into the production Gabriel and I carefully selected the songs for his demo. After the main programming, Gabriel and (Vocal Producer) Kelly Hansen spent a substantial amount of time on the backing vocals and lead vocals. The result was a rich sound with a modern edge.
